Accessibility Features in Windows 10

Windows 10 accessibility features are receiving an overhaul in the latest Windows 10 update coming late May 2020.

While using computers and technology is normal and easy for most, some users have a difficult time. People with visual impairments still need, or want, to continue to use computers despite these difficulties. With the changes to Microsoft’s accessibility features these users will now be more capable than ever.  The goal of the updates to the accessibility features is to provide people with visual impairments an easier time using their computers. Windows 10 will be made easier to see by improving the personalization options on the text and cursor, as well as, improving the magnifying tool. On top of these changes, Microsoft has improved their Narrator tool to sound “more natural” as well as made the tool smarter to make it more efficient and accurate at reading text.
